1. A headline people get in seconds
Visitors should know what you offer and who it’s for without scrolling. “Integrated solutions” says nothing; “Air conditioning installed in Austin within 48 hours” does.
2. A clear offer
Explain what the client gets, how it works and, if you can, a starting price. A reference price filters out poor-fit inquiries and builds trust.
3. Benefits before features
A feature is what you do; a benefit is what changes for the client. Lead with the second.
4. Reasons to trust you
- Real work and your own photos.
- Client reviews, if you have them.
- Your service area and visible contact details.
- Answers to common questions.
Never make up reviews or numbers: one discovered lie cancels out everything else.
5. One main button
Pick one action and repeat it: “Get a quote” at the top, middle and end. Offer five paths and many people choose none.
6. A short form
Ask only for what you need to reply. Each extra field is a reason to quit. Name, contact details and what they need is usually enough.
7. Speed and mobile
Many visits come from phones. Open your page on a phone using mobile data and check that it loads quickly and the button is easy to tap without zooming.
Common mistakes
- Using the same page for every ad.
- Adding a menu full of exits.
- Writing about your company instead of the client’s problem.
- Not tracking how many inquiries arrive.
